Where is the warmest place say about march april time?

looking for a sun holiday with say about 25c budget of about 1200 for 2 weeks, where is warm this time of year?

Im going Tenerife 4th March, it will be red hot. Usually go for the New year, have done for the past 3 years and when the suns out its like a proper summers day here heat wise but this is not guarenteed, hence going in March this time.
