i have 2 vauxhalls. vectra b gsi, and a corsa b gsi = over 700bhp

You don't see many people slating B's imo? The newer C's and D's tend to get a bit more abuse still. This forum isn't really that Corsa related in a lot of ways though - is just a bloody good all round car forum these days really!

my brother owns a 1.2 16v c though.

i use this site because it has a vast array of knowledge from other members and the banter is unique to this site.

Own a B and almost a C still think the B is the better looking, daughter has a 206 and I like that too, but my bike is better than the cages.

Nope, Had 2 Corsa B`s and 2 Vectras, SRI`s and GSI`s respectively.

Nothing so far from vauxhall has ever tempted me back.

Had 2 corsa's now got an astra, ultra cheap parts and servicing and the 1.9cdti isn't a bad engine.

I've only ever owned vauxhalls and had 4 corsa b's;

1.2 8v first car
1.6 sport which now has a c20xe
Silver 1.6 sport taken as part ex deal
5 door 1.4 8v runaround for the mrs.

Ive also owned a cavalier gsi 2000 and a mk4 astra gsi turbo, as you can see I like my vauxhalls

There's more to life than getting upset about peoples' feeling about a particular car.

I loved my Corsa at the time, even though it was an underpowered pile of stagnating boredom, but I wouldn't have another. Partly "been there, done that", partly because they aren't as amazing as some people think

Corsa B's are crap.

They might have been good at one point, that was 15 years ago now though.

People slate Corsa B's because, out of the box, even the range topper was way behind the likes of the Civic VTi and Saxo VTS.
