I am preparing a build/rebuild and have a few questions
1) Hydralic Lifters, other than GM is there any other manufactor your good selves suggest?
2) Inlet Manifold. All I need is the plate that meets the head from the inlet, if I cut that off a 1.4 manifold will it match up?

Gm ones only for the lifters.
Inlet, X14XE will be slighty different, but it wouldnt be hard to make it match. Personally im getting one made up from scratch.

Why only GM lifters? Most of the time the parts are made in the same factory and just packaged different with a high mark up.

INA lifters from autovaux, save yourself about £100 or something compared to going to vauxhall who want something daft like £25 each
