i think your both wrong.

Adrian flux own no-body, they are a broker, they search through the companies they have for the cheapest for a certain customer. Hic will pay adrian flux for this.

when i was phoning for quotes and i told the guy at HIC i was going to call flux he said, 'we're actually owned by adrian flux'.

HIC and adrian flux are both insurance brokers

Brentacre (also brokers) Found me a policy like this which i used for my corsa and golf. You agree a bhp limit with them and you can do what you want as long as:

a) you inform them.
b) it doesnt break the bhp limit which was agreed.

HIC do a deal, visual mods cost nowt, and engine mods are done by bhp bands.

Just googled it and it says Flux bought HIC
