Does anyone know an email address to contact play.com?
I have a bluetooth headset I want to return to them as it doesn't work. I've tried going through the normal returns procedure but there is no option to return the headset like there is with the DVDs I ordered.
I cant find a contact email to get in touch with them to query them over it. Any ideas?

There's Work@Play.com on their website
I had to speak to them in the end to get stuff sorted when they sent me the wrong item.

Its was from play themselves, not playtrade.
The work@play.com one is where you send your CV if you want to work for them I think

I've sent an email to customercare@play.com to start with.
I tried replying to the original dispatch email for it on Friday last week but had no reply so I guess its just an automated email that you cant reply to.
