RAW everytime aslong as you know what you're doing.

Raw + jpeg (jpeg only so i know which raw is which pic as i havent bothered to download raw viewer, plus it makes it easier for me to send people the unedited shots to see what they want editing).

Depends on what I'm going to be using the shot for.

Anything professional, RAW. Motorsport, generally jpeg as I edit very few of the hundreds I take - no point wasting the space.
