In Tesco and Asda most of the time they are doing packs of chopped chicken for £1.00 which = about 23g protein per pack.

we get it at the local agricultural college shop. Normally get a box and a whole chicken
box consists of 2 bags of breast probably around 10 15 in a bag and a pack of similar size of goujons
costs around £25/30
one breast feeds 2 without any trouble 2 breasts would feed 3

Reminds me of a mate of mine this, we were round his flat one night and one of the lads decided to look through his cupboards and fridge as all he eats is chicken. Fridge was full of chicken, freezer was full of chicken and so were his cupboards!

I steal them from the farm near me and eat them whole, with the feathers!
Sometimes go to farm foods and get 3 kilo bags of them for a tenner. 6 bags usually lasts me a week doing 5 or 6 of them a day

I aint to keen on the cheaper stuff, it tastes crap compared to local butchers stuff. i tend to buy the flavoured stuff, which is 9.99 per kg, i get about 5 breasts for that, which are massive, only have 1 per meal, so last a few days, and tastes so much nicer

£10 for a kilo of chicken? For majority of bodybuilders lean gain diets a kilo of chicken a day is the staple basis! There is a guy that lives on our street who works for a chicken farm and every 5 or 5 weeks he brings me a 5 kilo bag of breasts that are huge for £25, the fuckers are still warm they are that fresh... you are having your pants down!
Cheap stuff is watered and sodiumed up, but for £10 per 3 kilo i can grin and bear it as its still chicken. and as its water impregnated it doesnt go dry like fresh chicken does
Jake - The beaks do have the most protein in them, but arent very "Cheep"

same as that trevor. Its cheap and doesnt dry out so ill stick to farmfoods for now. I'm definately gonna take a trip to a butchers and see how much the beaks are
