Use a sealant and stick them on

you can buy the metal tage and the plastic nuts just give auto vaux a call..

You can stick them on but it can be a pain in the arse to do and if you need to spray them its a bitch to get off.

Get the replacement arches off ebay, ive just fitted mine and they are perfect.
The T bolts are £8 for 12 and £6 for plactic nuts (i just went to the scrappy for the nuts). The two t bolts on the front of the arch are longer so keep hold of them.
