Hi. Currently driving a Nissan 350z, but due to moving to a bit of a rougher area for 6 months I need something that I'm not going to worry about when I'm sleeping and it's on the street!
So I'm looking for the following (going to keep for 6 months then sell):
1) Between £3k and £6k
2) Good on motorways and reasonable size, so no convertibles or small hatches
3) Nothing flash
4) Preferably a bit of perfomance, doesn't have to be amazing but 8 seconds 0 - 60 that sort of thing.
I'm currenly thinking audi a4 or something like that, but would welcome some other suggestions.

tbh, my Grande Punto is great on motorways, so don't discount the larger small hatches.
Could get a nice 1.9 Sporting for the upper part of your budget. But tbh, will still attract attention.
I'd get a standard Astra or Vectra or something.
