after a 2 minute start up and drive around the block manifold is glowing but its lost power and is losing vacum

car has eml on due to egr being blanked

has been blocked for nearly 2 months and only just started getting this problem in last 2 days

thats prob what is makeing the manifold glow . unburnt fuel will fvck the cat up if you leave it long enough, sort the missfire and all should be good

Pulled the plugs out? They will tell you a lot.

car is decat so no issues with cat being a problem will check plug in morning any other ideas than that ?

normally timing retarded that would make it glow is it being limited a 4k revs by any chance

nope will rev all the way to limiter just can't work out problem fitting an egr now to see if makes a difference

paper clip test = 1405 which is egr :S spark plugs removed to find like a white crystal build up :S help

yep which is now sorted now have no eml but car still running lumpy with with not take revs

double check you cambelt timing fella somethings wrong somewere. if you can get hold of one maybe try a different crank sensor on it. also check your bottom pulley that the sensor runs off make sure its not stripped the keyway on it

key on bottem pully seams ok might try crank sencer just found out that the lambda might not be working cus if you un plug it theres no eml :S

lamda replaced and re sealed all the inlet side of things and still getting glowing manifold and is now back popping in the inlet also have replaced crank senser

any help please???
