I am getting married in May this year and instead of a photographer we are having a videographer.
For the dvd we have been told we need 10 songs as backing music. Me and Laura are struggling with this.
Any suggestions?

From memory - our DVD had:

We have all the time in the world
Going to the chapel - dixie chicks
Wedding song - Bee Gees

We didnt pick them, they added them. Seems to fit quite well. Bear in mind you will watch it once, your folks will watch it once, a few of her mates will see it and then it will collect dust.

Personally I'd get photos instead, at least you can put them on the wall and look at them regularly. A video will only get watched once or twice and then forgotten for years.

I'm sure you've already thought about all this, but just my opinion

Photos everytime with an 'Uncle' taking some camcorder.

Will family members not be wanting copies of photos etc?
