I went 2 years back to Cancun with the missus was quality....

most places are all inclusive so we didn't spent a great deal when we was there.....have Corona on tap, and unlike most foreign holidays when you go all inclusive they aren't tight. They will actually give you a pint of lager instead of a 1/3 pint glass. All the booze was free in our hotel but I would recommend tipping them at the end of the night, like $5 or $10 cos when you go the day after they will come to your table and bring you your drinks without queueing or asking

Try and stay away from downtown Cancun when looking for a hotel, best places are up near the Coco Bongo club....

Went in sept last year, was the best holiday ive ever been on. We went to the sensatori in the riveria maya, theres nothing else around so gotta get a taxi to cancun etc but its not expensive. Like above all inclusive means all inclusive proper brands and plenty of it. This is where we went. And what ever you do dont listen to the reviews etc complete waste of time in my book. Its a 5 star and for two of us it was £1300 i think so a bargain.

My parents went to Iberostar Tucan in Cancun and absolutely loved it. Everything was dirt cheap but the excursions so they say.

I was brought back some cigars and a Sombrero! Happy days!

I went to the Sensatori in Riviera maya in October. I loved it, the restaurants are really nice there. The beach was full of sea weed but they kept sweeping it so wasnt too bad. Best holiday ever there. Loved the jacuzzi in the room.

As Fred said, dont listen to the reviews. Some people on there are either full of shit or proper snobs

I went to Cancun in 2006. It was amazing, by far my fave holiday.

Paid £750 for an all-inclusive package in a really nice hotel. I'm fairly sure it's gone up a lot since then.

Went to Sensatori in Majorca a couple of years back and really rated it.

Would happily go to any other Sensatori again somewhere else.
The mexico looks nice Fred, but look at the background, looks like its in the middle of no-where!
