My fan started to stay on constant a couple of weeks ago, managed to change both of the fan switches on the side of the rad on friday there...

Car was fine over the weekend and took a slight thrashing on sunday at crail...

Jumped in it on monday, drove to the shops, jumped back in and guess what...FAN ON ALL THE TIME AGAIN!

I doubt it will be the switch again? anyone know what else it could be or what to check?

Its ruining my happiness...

Shouldn't be, the Stat shouldn't be controlling the fan

I'd say either gammed wiring or dodgy plug, maybe even the fan itself if there is a problem with the connector socket side.
