Hey All,
Ive just put some white LED bulbs into the back of my MFD. I previously had 2 Blue LED bulbs which finally gave up.
All I done was remove the MFD, put the bulbs in, plug it all back in. Now the MFD doesnt go out. Ive checked all connections on the plug and the pins on the MFD but all is fine. It practically a new MFD after my last one broke a while back.
Could it be that the LED's are of such low resistance that they illuminate on constant live alone without the need for the switched live?
Maybe they arent of high enough resistance to go off when the voltage drops with the ignition off?
Anyone had this problem before and have any ideas?
