It wont run on win 7, Vauxhall now use a Online system.

Ah bollocks. Just need to pop in there when I need it then, they usually do. Would be nice to have it on my own computer though.

The latest version is a web application so Windows 7 wouldn't cause a problem if you've a suitable computer on which to run the web server.

You then connect over the network to the EPC web app.

Having said that, distribution of it does breach copyright and that isn't nice, so I'm going to ask that you don't talk about that.
