First of all, I'd like to say a massive thanks to Tomnova16 for helping me out despite being very busy running his business!

I had a dent in the door of my car which needed removing. As the bonnet, front bumper and the offside sill near the wheel arch had all seen better days I decided against having a paint-less repair done on it. Soooo, last weekend this happened:

The on Friday night we got this far (note the professional application of guide coat on the bonnet):

Then on Saturday morning Tom kindly painted the colour on:

I don't have any pics of it being lacquered or polished because I was fixing a small mans large BMW and doing a spot of welding for Tom.

This morning I gave it a clean and took some pics though:

(Incidentally, I'm going to put this car up for sale this week )

Tbf it's a really nice car, even if it is a Punto!
The interior looks really welcoming and quite like the shape of the body.

Good luck with the car.

I don't plan on having it for 10 years but if it carries on the way it's going with stone chips I'll be going to Lemass for a front end respray every year

It scares me to get paint done on a red car though. Especially if the front is gonna have a thicker lot of paint on it.

love the colour on those punto`s, my mum wanted that but was told they werent doing it anymore?

is it a xaralic colour or 2 stage or is it just a peral or mettalic?

p.s. all the punto of ur shape are all bad for having alot of chips on the front, just doesnt seem to be any paint on them.
