did anyone read in the sun about how drivers can escape paying fines by not signing the form they send u or something? just interested cos i got 3 points through the post yesterday

That's like the story I heard where they ask you for £80.00 and you pay then £81.00 and they send you a refund but you don't pay it in and it never processes through the system or something and you get off it...

its a flaw in the law - cops cant do anything about it untill they change the law

how long does it take to change a law? can they just do it overnight or do they introduce it over a few months or something? might just pay the £60 and get the 3 points its a lot less hassle

na if u dont sign it u cant get fined, and cos they cant force u to sign it u dont get fined and they cant do shit

they cant fine u even more, they have no just cause for it, even if they do, dont sign it lol
