not being funny pickford, but sometimes it would be nice to have a genuine thread asking genuine questions without people making daft comments. no wonder this website gets looked upon as a complete joke by most of the vauxhall world.

well all i knew of was:
1.Manifold, turbo and all hoses to suit (would a corsa vxr manifold fit & if not where would i get a manifold made up also what turbo would you recommend?)

2.Drilled block for oil return (wont a sump mod b suitable 4 this)

3.Full exhaust inc downpipe ect (would i need 2 buy a complete new 1 or could mine get modified 2 fit?)

4.intercooler (got a frontera intercooler)

5.Some sort of inlet and injectors (would a mantzel or something simular work)

as for:
Proper manigment
Pistons and rods for a proper job

how much would this cost roughly and what managment and rods would i need? where could i get these? thanx 4 the help guys

What ever manigment your mapper prefers to run, there are tones, you can have a shite manigment and someone who knows it inside out and it will run a milion dollars

You can have the best manigment and but somone who cant map a lawnmore and it will be a bag of shite, just see what the local guy or your choice of mapper likes

Getting the Vxr turbo mite be a pain, some sort of after market thing would be a better choice, you can take it to a exhaust place and they could heat up the tubes and bend it to suit a flange for the c16xe head, then you have the choice of running diffrent turbos as the vxr turbo is apart of the manifold itself ircc

You can drill the sump but im not sure about the oil level if its above the return hole, plus you will need it alloy welded witch is more money and a pain where as you drill the block u can weld it up with brazing wire

Frontera will be fine

A downpipe can be made, you can even buy the the bends you need to make them, or say you choose to use the T2 from a reneault 5 or something you can use the downpipe off that to get you started if your hand with a welder

Not sure about in inlet, aye a mantzel could work and again see what injectors your mapper things will suite your application

Probably 600-800 for rods and pistons
