Yes. Light smoke is legal, anything darker ain't.

yeh thas wa he said, light smoke on front medium 4 back and rear, cant c much difference tho

I have medium on my front 2. Had them done 6 months now wiv no probs. Guy told me it was illegal on windscreen!!!
