Had a letter through this morning, starting my service on 6th May

No idea what to expect really. Im going to try and get it deferred, or try and get excused from it if possible.

Who else here has done it ?, would you recommend it as being a good experience ?

my bro went &sed it was a good experience. he had a gbh with intent case. think u get full pay while ur there

I was called up few years ago few days after my 18th bastids. Sat around for hours and hours for a few days and the case was ajourned so I got off. Hope I never get it again

I'm at uni , so wouldn't get any money - I may try and get it deffered then for over the summer when I get a job , then make some money out of it

Vibs - didnt u get fined for ignoring the letter ?!
