Do people find that a different times of year the price varies?

I got a quote about 2 months ago for a 1.6 sport, was only £1300,

just done one, was £1900.

Had this last year aswel for a ford escort, was getting qoutes around febuary time, then i went back after i was able to drive again, to do some more quotes in april and they had gone up by like £300-400.

Or is there just something im missing?

"Apparently" they lower prices to meet targets near spring time...

Thats probably bullshit though...

got my renewal the other day, gone up from 48 quid a month to 86 quid
