Ive just got my upgrade on 3, went from E71 to Nokia X6. Im not too impressed so far tbh. I dont know if its just this phone or all Nokia touchscreens (S60 5th ed) but it seems like im having to touch things 3 or 4 times before it does anything  ideally i wanted the N900 but 3 dont carry it. Girl in the store didnt even know what it was  Im not too sure what i should do? Can i go back into the store and say im not impressed

send it back, dont you get a 14 day 'trail'?

I got it in store. Ill go in on thursday and speak 2 them i guess. I think i should have some 14 day cooling off period.

You don't if you upgrade, it's only on the first phone you have at the very start of the contract.

hasnt it changed now so the 14 day period is only applicable if you got it online/over the phone?

I can confirm that 3(Three) do 14day returns on upgrades. Like Matt H said.
