we sell fridges and we get customers tell us they use it to keep Insulin in so they cant wait for a repair and need it replacing immediately

I was serving a customer in a wheel chair the other day and I asked them to take a seat. They looked at me weirdly and then I realised.

Another disabled customer approached me recently and told me I had to sort out there order, which I did. After bagging everything up I took it to them and the demanded I took it all out and rebagged it in front of them in case I missed anything

. Acctually could of slapped the stupid bint, boss says we wont bother speaking to her next time
