I had a canvass one, filled it with sand as rags didn't make it firm enough and it all split

I have one that is the next one up from Wrighty's posted above, i used it about 3 times after buying a fuck off bracket and fixing it to my parents house before i moved out.

I'm actually thinking about selling mine, so if you're interested in one that isn't brand new give me a message.

It might as well be brand new though, only marks on it are a few glove marks

And as Wrighty said it's heavy and hard as fuck, the times i used it i had a bag session and also used it for squatting and lifting as its a good 35-40kg

i had one, name was lotus i think.

weighed a fair bit and did the job.

hardly used it though, was more of a gimmick at the time, but ideal if i needed to let off some steam.

Punch bags are expensive mate, the amount they get used they need to be well made. The cheap ones are filled with sand usually which then become like stone when they've sat still for an amount of time

I work for a sports equipment suppliers mate... we only stock BBE, due to the quality and the most expensive one that we retail is £90.00 which is for military/commercial gym use.
