Just sat here and realised that I've not had a "proper" holiday since 1999!

Since then I've had weekends in Ireland, Wales, Holland and Germany but not actually had what you would call a proper holiday!

I think I'm long over due one!

Has anyone else gone longer?

About a year ago I had 10 days in Spain. Dont think I'll be having a foreign holiday this year though.

Snowboarding in January '10; Croatia in October '09.

We go Snowboarding for a couple of weeks every year but have a summer holiday every other year. We have a few weekends away through the year though, especially as the missus works for a hotel chain

well last decent holiday was 2008, although i went to boston in 2009 but that was shit thanks to a the company and the crap that happened over there (and the place is a bit naff).

had a few weekends away though between them, going away in may though

vegas & LA last september, need at least 1 proper holiday a year, usually go skiing aswell but missed it this year due to buying a flat, currently booking one for this summer, looking at ibiza but probably have a relaxed all inclusive somewhere

May 2007 was my last proper sun holiday.

But I've been to Dublin, and Switzerland 3 times since.

Marc you can get away extremely cheap at the moment if you don't care where you go. get the idea in a few mates heads and put £500 away and you'll be sorted.

Sounds good but my contract with Gamestation ends on Monday, and as they only told me on Friday I don't have another job to go to!
