Cause ive seen it in the paper for 78.50 wiht a free game and thought it was cheap and was wondering if the gamecube was any good, or just a waste of money.

Game cube is pathetic. Better to pay the extra to get an X box or PS2 IMO

aye its a quality machine with a good back catalogue and a ton more to be released this coming yr..... if u go2 any shops linked to the DIXON chaing ie PCWorld and all that there selling all of the stuff included with the CUBE on the cheap.... there tryin to ship all there stock b4 the GameBoy SP comes at the end of the month.... i got a spare controller for £15 yesterday £10 cheaper than all other stores and all the games are £25 or less...

why buy a PS2 when its poorer quality than either the CUBE or the X-BOX and why buy an X-Box when most pple's PC's are more powerful and faster..... its gotta be the GC....... SuperMario Sunshine, Rocky, Burnout, SW Rogue Leader II, Die Hard Vendetta, Mortal Kombat, Fifa 2003, James Bond Nightfire, Starfox Adventures, Timesplitters & Tony Hawks 3 & 4 are all quality games and are out right now... not played Pikman but ive read a review givin it 8/10...... Super MonkeyBall is another quality puzzle game though

i had one, sold it to get my new mixer tho'. very tempted to get another. but i hate paying all that money for games.
I think nintendo gameplay has always been the best. the controllers are better too. and how can u not get one when mario kart will be out soon (ish)

super mario sunshine, metroid prime, zelda (mine's coming on the 24th, yay for importing), super monkey ball... animal crossing (import) just to mention a few.

1080 snowboarding, f-zero, and mario kart all to come... the future is looking good.

I got a high end pc, a ps2, a gamecube, dreamcast... out of them the dreamcast gets played the most, but the cube comes a close second. The others are just gathering dust at the momment.
