Got home today the mrs cant get on the internet, a virus that wasnt picked up by norton we use appears to claim to be "windows firewall" telling you have a virus and to purchase its product to remove, anyone had this any ideas gettin rid of it? just put it in google seems quite common lately

Not surprised that it wasn't picked up by Norton, I know you've paid for it but it really is as useless as standing a duck next to your computer and telling it to protect you from viruses.
