Hmmm guess it was always on the cards.

the 135i coupe is already expensive enough though!

Not sure I can see an M1 sitting inbetween the 135i and the M3 though?

I wonder what the powerplant it would be, its not hard to extract 400bhp out of the 135i

that will be awesome

My guess it will be the last of the twin turbo plant with circa 320 to 325 BHP as this has now been replaced with the single turbo version

As the 1 series is being replaced soon

Not just about speed, this will have a proper LSD, suspension setup, gearbox, exhaust and much higher revving engine.

Mcars are VERY different to regular Bm's, not just stats on paper. Its the experience/package

really dont like teh look of the 1 series salloon, looks to squashed up.

but suppose it could look ok.
