Quick question - i'm trying to find a case to quote where an employee has sued their employer for damages caused (bereavement etc) by the death of a colleague that they'd witnessed due to the employer's negligence. Can't find anything on Westlaw and google is rubbish!

Westlaw is usually the place mate, have you tried searching journals alot of cases come up through that, thats the way i usually find a case.

Aye, been trawling through Westlaw and can find lots for the guy who died, but nothing for the survivor
