OK chaps
I have a BT handsfree kit to fit to my mums/sisters car, got it for a bargin price of £7.56.
Anyway, I had a poke around on the internet and with a multimeter tonight and found the pin that when earths, mutes the stereo and displays "phone" on the screen... yey.
Anyway, it's the worlds smallest pin and I have NO idea how to neatly tap into it... I was gunna go to ford tomorrow and see if I can get a plug and 1 pin for it, but, just incase, any ideas?
It's one of the pins in the middle plug here:

Is there no way you can release the pin, rewire it and put it back in?

Push a bit of wire over the pin, so the pin goes inside the insulation, then tape it to the wires on one of the iso connectors so it doesnt pull out.
