I just stick to one thing and tend to feel fine the next day

Depending on your tolerance, get on something fairly strong. If i'm out for a big night I'll hit kronenbourg as I known 5 or 6 pints starts affecting me quite a lot. Can happily have 8 or 9, get in bed and wake up the next day relitively hangover free.

On nights where I have been mixing I wake up with the fowlest head !

Ideas for following morning...Coke, Fresh Orange Juice, Fry Up, or just sleep it off.

eh ? Hangovers are caused when the body is digesting the alcohol, nothing to do with what is in the drink. If you have 6 pints of Heineken and your mate has 6 pints of Fosters/equivalent abv, you will both feel similar the next morning (obvioiusly after body size, weight, tolerance etc)

I thought hangovers were caused because your body is dehydrated and full of toxins i.e alcohol?

Apparently if you drink alcohol in the morning then you feel better.

My mates dad owns a brewery and he always said syrup on toast and a glass of water helps
