surely you could argue you don't need any form of driving license to drive one of those?
or would you get the same punishment for being drunk while riding a horse?

My borther in law was banned for 18months for drink driving
He wason an electric quad thing, it was his son's plus the dog was on it with him
You'd think the cops would laugh about it, but no, the toy was siezed and he was arrested, along with the dog,
My sister got a call to pick up the dog

Yer fined and or taken in for drunk and disorderly etc
again makes do sense as you are more likely to hurt someone on a bike then a kids toy
Still dont agree 100% with the welsh rugby chap that got banned for the golf buggy
But drink driving with an actual car is 110% wrong and you deserve what you get

As on of the comments say on the link, does this mean if a child is riding it, they can get done for no license, insurance and tax?

He is in the wrong driving whilst steaming on the road, see if he was on the other side of the road and someone came along and had to swerve and crashed, he would be fucked.
