Is it possible in which to force users to agree to a license agreement before they can logon.

Looking at server 2003 platform, SBS 2003 and SBS 2008.

Also want to be able this agreed file to be dumped on the users share and if they delete to make them have to agree to the T's and C's again.

Must be possible As I have to before it will take me to the log in screen. Although people with the older comps don't have to.

I'm sure I worked somewhere once where you had to OK a message box with some T&Cs in it before you could get to the log in box - that was running a Windows server environment so I'd say that it was possible - but I've now idea how that's done! sorry Android.

You can edit group policy to add a log on message when the user hits CTRL+ALT+DEL to log on.

Security Settings -> Local Policies -> Security Options -> Interactive Logon then message text and message title.

Look at 'interactive logon message', although it is just a dialog box from what i remember. I would also look at perhaps running a script/exe (something like AutoIt might be useful, make it modal etc) to display the message (if file isn't found) once logged in.

You can put a logon script in all users profiles - or just keep it to a particular group of users.

Yeah, can be done in Group Policy but is very basic and not what the customer wants.

I've found some open source software i will be testing later this week or early next week.

I could just use google yes, but i wish to help others also.

Will post my findings.

There used to be something like that when we had pGina login on the uni computers. Now it's just a Windows login with a message box.
