hi people.....
i thought its about time to make a little build thread...
this is my car when i got it....

originally it was a 1.2 16v club.... but it had the engine changed with a 1.6 8v spi astra engine (x16szr)
so here we go.....
Engine:
x14xe
Power box
Drilled airbox
4-2-1 manifold
new exhaust with 3" oval back box
Decat
Brakes:
256mm disks
cav gsi calipers
cav gsi pads
suspension:
Spax rsx fully adjustable coilovers
Lowered 90mm on the front
and 70mm on the back
interior:
calibra leather turbo seats
dvd player
omega illuminated sunvisors
black door cards
vauxhall tigra Coin tray
vectra chrome door handles
tigra clocks
exterior:
cav sri fanblades
toyo t1r tyres (195/45/15)
astra mk4 side repeaters
vauxhall tigra scuttle panel
PEDO BEAR LOL
Debadged rear
GSI front bumper

PEDO BEAR LOL

Spax Coil overs

I added my seats out of a calibra turbo and rapped the back original corsa rears in leather looks abit rough so i have got some new rear seats ready to go in just need rear bench
i have to make a bracket becuase i dont want to just wedge them in lol

cav fans just been freshly painted in arctic white just need 2 centre caps

UPDATE:
thought it was about time for an update....
bought a x14xe
its got x16xe cams (don't know if they make any difference what so ever lol )
The old engine (x16szr its for sale lol)

so anyway to day i have removed the drive shafts to realize i need a new passenger hub and i need 2 ball joints lol

i then bought a new clutch kit just a cheap clutch because im after a light weight fly wheel and paddle clutch later

i then washed the header tanks because it was bit dirty

now for the engine i got rid of the rust and painted the block black and polished the cam covers
i just need:
oil,
gear box oil,
some vacuum pipes
oil filter
hopefully that is all i need to fit and engine should run fine lol

when the engine is out i also need to give the bulk head a good clean
thats all for now
