has anyone ever been hit by a hire car and claimed the hire cars insurance? my car was parked when the guy bumped in to the side of me, just wondering if the hire cars company insurance would try shaft me?

any info much appreciated.

Works in exactly the same way as any other insurance. Just phone up your company and tell them the reg plate of the car that hit you and they'll take care of the rest.
