hi i was wandering if anyone could post some pics up of the different aftermarket inlet manifolds fitted in the engine bay for me please (lexmaul, dblas etc). just wandering whats the best looking ones. thanks for the help :-D also is there any difference in performance between the makes?

I also have a VX inlet mate. They are 170 off ebay. Noticeable gains in power, especially top end. But mine is mega greedy now!

I just read the problem in your build thread, what a shit! When I did my head gasket the car was all back together, started it and had exactly the same problem with the water pump! I hope you can get the bolt out of the tensioner! wanna see some videos of it being driven and how its sounds! Good luck mate!

shaun the tensionr bolt has rounded or something? If it has grab a t45 and a few long extensions and welt the fucker with a hamer and then it will come out as i had to do this to my 14xe when i did the cam belt last mounth

wow quite like the look of the lexmaul! guessing ud have to modify the existing engine cover to fit on with it too? not really a fan of seeing the bare metal on these engines!

They are the easiest one to fit so you can easily swap back to the original one if needs be. Just bolts on 
And you would have to extend the plastic cover to fit or find a very rare carbon fibre one that they made to go with it.

ohh i see. what kinda price would i be looking at for one of those lexmauls? would i see much gains if i have one of these fitted on a standard engine? havnt got an aftermarket exhaust manifold or anything yet. cheers

The lexmaul can go for anything between £220 to £300 as they dont make them anymore and they hold their value. The inlet is the best way to increase a corsas power, also increase torque. I felt a nice difference when i fitted mine. obviosly an exhaust manifold will help but the inlet is the first place to release a few ponies.

ohh right thanks. how about those dbilas ones? they look pretty nice too. anybody know what sort of prices id be looking at for one of them? or know anyone selling a lexmaul or dbilas? cheers
