My mate is looking to get his corsa re-mapped or a tuning box?

Best option? its a corsa c with the 1.7 cdti

I'm not sure that one can be - tuning box I think so, remap no.

Can't postal remap them Barnshaw or I would agree.

The dtuk boxes are good for engines that can't be mapped, or under warranty etc, just about every engine they do them for gets good gains.

My tuning box does the job nicely. A re-map is obviously the best option for performance but basically as John has said...

yes you can remap them

tuning boxes ony adjust one thing, fuel, tricking the ecu, simply there just a resistor

remaps will adjust several areas, less smoke run better and make more smoother

They come up all the time on ebay.. I've got an eco 3 on my 150 astra. Best thing I've ought for it, smooth power and next to no smoke.

i just got one of ebay for 90quid for movano van. noticeable difference when rolling and give it throttle.

Apart from the ones that adjust the turbo and the ones coming out that do even more.

I agree, remaps are better most of the time though.
