Hi,

I can do powder coated 1.4 / 1.6 16v rocker covers powder coated in many different colours for £40 each on exchange, inc return postage. Can also do C20XE rockers, spark plug covers and cam belt covers on exchange, my mates are being done at the moment so will post pics up when I get them back.

Here is a pic of mine as an example of quality.

Can also do other parts but may not have them to exchange.

Also can do stainless spark plug covers to go over the gap in the rocker, will be able to post pics later in the week.

I have a spare one so this how I plan to do it.
1. You send me money.
2. I get my spare rocker powder coated for you.
3. I send you rocker cover.
4. You fit it
5. You return your old one to me asap so that I can go through the process again for the next person.

This way there is no need to take your car off the road for anytime. If you have the parts spare and can send them to me rather than on exchange then you will skip the que.

It will be just over a week I think from me taking your order and the rocker getting to you., if there is no que.

I cant match any specific colour but should be able to get something similar. Im going to try and get a website for the colour chart or get a picture of it.

If it's the plastic rocker cover for a 1.4/1.6 16v then it doesn't need it to run.

Mine hasn't had a plastic cover for over a year.

No, I cant powder coat plastic, they need to be painted. If you ditch the plastic I can do you a powder coated rocker cover and stainless spark plug cover.

I'm interested mate. Just explain what is meant by powder coating please. Can it cope with high temps, also can it scratch off, bubble up etc..

I'm interested in the shiny alu look one you was talking about.
