I am looking to buy a PS3 although I want the older models (fat one) because I don't want the slim because I have heard they overheat quickly as they have smaller fans. So does anyone know where I can get the fatter ones at a good price?

I wouldn't believe everything you read.
If you insist on a fat one tho, then you'd just get one from the same place you would a slim one, Ebay, Gamestation, etc.

I have a slim one and it was absolutely fine running for about 3 hours yesterday. I wouldn't be surprised if it was full of dust too, going by the shelf it's on

I went to Game and got the 40Gb PS3 for £179.99 then paid £20 for extending the warranty to 2 years.
Only went there as they paid me £80 for my xbox 360 that I'd fixed the previous day witht he towel trick!

I cant see the new slim one overheating and the old big thing not. My dad has a fat one and i have the slim and both seem ok
