i'm going to be driving one at thruxton soon

they are beautiful cars, just hope they let me have the roof down.

i drove the ferrari f430 scuderia last year, and that was an incredible car, just hope the aston makes me feel like i did with the ferrari

that is all sorry i'm too poor to afford one

I doubt the performance will match the Ferrari, but the noise is something else.

Didn't your dad have one of these on the drive when I came to yours? Does he let you drive it?

Yeah, he's got a new one since then. Driven it once, I'm not insured so too risky otherwise.

Just the same thing in a different colour, just the newest one is since Prodrive took them over so its got the slightly bigger engine and whatever.

He's on his 4th one now.

wasn't so much the performance of the scuderia, it was the cabin noise, the carbon everywhere, the seats and harnesses, the amazing handling (point and turn, no body roll whatsoever).

The 430 I was given a shot in was ridiculous, and can only make the obvious comment that it is on an entirely different scale to that of the Aston. Same target audience but for a different tastes and experience.
The GF's brother had a 430 which has been chopped in for a California (on order). Will update once I have had a go.
