I've heard mixed reports regarding difficulty of fitting.

I've got one, but haven't had a go at fitting it yet

i have one on my 6 speed. I think its shit. Piece of piss to fit though and get some nylon bush for it while you are at it.

nylon ones from l m f about a tenner. Sometimes on ebay also. They make it a lot more positive feel.
