They should of had the big things declared like the head unit and air filter as they are adding value to the car and performance, think there going a bit far with the gear leaver knob and pedal covers

Deffo, they are being a bit cuntish tbh, the basics are hes got a set of alloys on there and lowered, which yes you should declare them, but not the end of the world.
I think its a case of one of these two-bit companies like elephant and norwich union, yeah you get cheap insurance but just you try getting a payout, or at least a payout inside 12 months

Elephant pay out quite quickly.
It's the chance you take not declaring mods, worst case is you're the one that gets caught, can't blame anyone else.

Elephnat took the piss when i had a crash in the corsa
Basically did not want to know and the people were taking the piss out of the personal imjuries
Not proud this as it was a genuine mistake but the MOT was out of date by 2 days and they still paid the other party out

They'll normally pay out and recover the costs in any situation like that.

Insurance companies will always look for a way out, just one of the risks you take if you don't declare.

Blatantly fronted as well. Her car which happens to have loads of mods but the son was driving when it crashed on the way from Southend.
This is why people who choose to do it properly pay too much.
