sold a turbo on ebay,
said email for postage cost before bidding/buy it now,
some guy hits buy it now,
then emails me in broken english that his pay pal doesn't work and he would use his friends, also it's a polish email address,
along with a crazy forgien name,

his delivery address is in ireland,
and after emailing him about 10 times through ebay and on his email address saying do not pay for it, he has and pay pal have with held the money for 21 days unless he says he's got it,
i have a feeling he'll "never" recieve it?
and going by paypals track record later i'll be left high and dry.

now should i cancel the transaction?
or send it?

I don't think you need to lose the fee mate, you can get it credited:

you can get bad feedback removed for good reasons - and you can comment on feedback left so you can tell anyone who looks that the guy was a dodgy badger

If it said in your address postage to uk only and that should email for postage quote first your well within your rights to give him a refund. I believe you can ring ebay and paypal now, might resolve it abit quicker

Cancel it. Similar thing happened to me except the guy was also keen for me to sell it.

Two days later the money disappeared again. If I had have sent it I would have been £800 down.

If in doubt, don't deal.
