Just curious as to what themes people are using, I have downloaded a few and can't find one I would want to use everyday
Also any programs etc or little mods you have done!
Energizer battery instead of normal one, T mobile logo, colourful wifi bars, colourful signal bars, tap to unlock
Glass Orb Colour theme, 5 icons on Dock
Black and Grey SMS theme, Macbook keyboard

So the background changes with the time of day? That's cool!
Does it slow your phone down having a few apps open?

no mate, did on my 3g a little but I dont leave loads of apps open, but It defaults leaving only the standard apps open e.g. safari ipod etc and you set which you want, Or at anytime in any app hold the menu button down and it minimises and do the same to end it.
The weather app you can set time intervals to update mine is on 4hours, and must admit one of the 1st things i did on all families iphones
another cool app I use is 3g unrestrictor which means youtube skype etc work on 3g.
I sometimes have lockinfo enabled which is handy and highly customisable:
