Seeing as i'm down so low at the rear, the arches tend to rub on the tyre under hard conering. What is needed to sort this out? Completly new to this arch rolling crap! So any advie/tips would be appreciated!

as above, newer corsas have an inner skin to the rears and you normally have to smash that in with a hammer

Monster you shouldnt need to do any modifications, i have alesios which are the same offset as your softstars. It will be down to the tyres you have. i run 195/43/16's and go for a brand that has a curved sidewall profile. Mine dont rub at all and i was down the same as you.

paint them to keep the rust out then tigerseal the arch back on.

in the end i cut my rear arches back about 10m from the top of the arch, but my wheels weren't et49 like yours

I had the same problem with the speedlines I bought! Brand new goodyear eagle F1's, (195/45/16), which have rim protectors, and they caught on the coilover and the rear arch, so had to get rid

Also, use tiger seal to stick them on mate, or sticker flex. Can get it from some car spares shops. Just used some to do my gsi skirts. Good gear!
