Mk 4 Astra.

Roughly how much would parts be on a worst case scenario? (Don't even know if any of the valves are bent yet.)

8 Valves & Springs.
Grinding paste for valves
Gasket Set
Timing Belt Set

Can't think of anything else needed...

Head compression test needed?

no the valve dont hit so all ul need is a cam belt kit and mite as well do water pump while ur there
