didnt need planning permission as it not integral to the house (not like an extension)
The gable glass and frames cost 5.5k alone - the gable glass being 2.5k
the you have base, bricks, electrician, plaster, boiler flue needed moving, waste pipe moved as shown in pics
It all adds up but I got a very good price

its not a glass roof only the gable front is glass roofed - roof is poly carb - blue from the outside, white inside
Basically the roof ties tot he wall and inside a fasle wall was bulit to hide the soil pipe
the reason for this is incase it gets blocked
i have 3 acceess points now
from the bathroom, Top of the wate pipe down to the drain and also the drain - better than leaving the waste pipe where it was and having to smash the floor up to get to it

I make the frames like the gable end on that. Did you get it from St Helens windows by any chance? We make them for them and loads of other conservatory companys.

Very nice. I keep thinking getting a conservatory. Just not sure how much it will end to the value of my house.

Looks lovely that mate!!
What are the dimensions? I'm getting one in January which is 4.5 x 4.5m but I think I may have gone too big!

It was probably legal at the time is was built but yes it looks illegal now
I moved mine above the connservatory
Basically etxended the flue into the upstairs floor boards then out further up

If I recall it was 3.9m by 4.8m (thats outside wall dimensions so slightly smaller
really enjoyed it this summer - would certainly miss it as i have prractically lived in it all summer - not used the lounge once
