What stance are they taking on you watching the games?

We got this sent round earlier.

"Whilst we appreciate that many of you will want to watch the World Cup games, some of which will fall within work hours, during the World Cup all streaming of the matches on the internet will be blocked due to the potential disruption to work that this may cause and our concerns that TV Licensing requirements are met across the entire Group."

Just means most of my dept will go to the pub nextdoor instead

We got a company wide communication today saying we can have time off to watch any game (has to be made up though)
I'm already off for all possible England games though

We have plasmas all round the office and also an internal web-tv system with the main freeview channels and sky sports too.
