SR91 - DHL Service,
i paid £11.21 for a bumper ( corsa b standard rear ) to be picked up and delivered.
The dhl guy came to my door, he refused to take the parcel.
He gave me to reasons.
1 - No dhl labels attatched ( wasnt sent any )
2 - The length was to long.
so therfore he refused to take it and gave me a customer service number to ring ( 0845 ) nice.
they told me to take it up with the person who arranged it as it wasnt myself
3 u2us later and nothing from him.
i ordered the service on the 31st of may and nothing has happened since
the ebay member i sold it to will be leaving negative feedback.
thus i am annoyed and will want a refund otherwise i will state a paypal claim against you.

1 You need to attach an address, you're sending a parcel its common sense.
2 You never gave me the dimensions so i had to guess
3 u2us later and i said id ask them
4 i dont do refunds

Yes when you send a parcel via dhl you normally print off " labels "
The dimensions for a corsa b bumper, how many have you supposidly sent ?
and you dont give refunds you are a joke mate and have been reported.

just to clarify i did make my own labels for the parcel.
Yes 4 u2u's later and all you say is ill email them its nearly been 2 weeks.
some postage service.

Aye I'm pretty good. I dont know the dimensions for everything off by heart 
Report me to who you want the courier came, pack it better if it were too big... You dont need special DHL Labels, the DHL courier carrys them, he gets them at the start of his shift with his little pick/drop sheet.

Sounds like you are both at fault tbh, total lack of proper communication between the pair of you.
SR91 - stop acting so immature about it - if you offer a service on here, be professional about it. If he doesn't provide you with details you need, fcuking ask for them!!
