Right I don;t know much about these (nor any car) so if you told me it this and it had that, then i'd probably beleive you. Came across this one on PH, as I really want one. I'm guessing/hoping someone on here has had one and tell me what to look out for. The guy says, he will put it up on there for another 30 days and if it don't sell (  ) then he;ll do a straight swap. Some of the info I'm unsure about tbh, but seee fotr yourselves.
The car he would be having is obviosuly my VW Polo. Spec below.

On full boost 380bhp?!
You'd have to go over it with a fine tooth comb as there's a big range in condition of R5s out there. Some real real dogs to some loved examples. What are you valuing your/his car at?

A mint, standard raider. Yes. That car in question, no. Infact, a nice well looked after one you wan't not something like that. Mint ones are very hard to come by. There's a chap local to me that bought an immaculate standard one for 4k not long back.

The guy is clearly a mong who doesn't know what he has, they are a single cam for starters, the carb he mentions is either standard or has the larger venturi. I can't see the turbo as I am on an iPhone but a T5 would be awful, mine had a stage 7 T28/3 hybrid and it didn't start to spool up until 5k RPM. Mine has a larger spec than that (EPM 300 spec).
Oh and how it has a decat when they never came with a cat is beyond me? Some nice bits on it though.

Why would someone with a £3k car want to do a straight swap for one a third of the value?
There is £1k's worth of dress up parts in the bay alone that I can see from my phone - lobster back, header tanks, samcos, strut brace dual DV etc.
